Jon’s work as a Deep Tissue specialist blends 30 years of high-level experience across sports,
sports medicine and shamanic energy work.

Core technical training is from the modality of Structural Integration, which focuses on the connectivity and energetic relationship of all moving systems in the body.

 

Born and raised in Southern California, Jon holds dual AB degrees from Stanford University, is a member of Stanford Athletics Hall of fame.

Jon became a World Champion in Paris, France in 1986, a Pan American Games Champian in 1987, and Olympic Champion when he won Gold in Seoul Korea in 1988. 

As an Olympic Gold Medalist, in USA Volleyball, his personal journey of dealing with, and recovering from major and minor injuries, surgeries and rehabs was heavily influenced by non-western healing modalities, Native American sacred ceremonies, vision quests, fire ceremonies and Shamanic Energy work.

 

Licensed and practicing for 26 years, Jon has immense pride in his clients reviewing his work as having an expert style, skillfull and intuitive approach to his practices. 

Jon has authored two books focusing on all aspects of performance and transformation, physical and metaphysical.
